You might have a very specific idea about how you want to change the dynamics of the day. However, reality doesn’t necessarily agree with your plans. Instead of digging in your heels and preparing to challenge anyone who blocks your way, try a more radical approach. Direct confrontation only isolates people’s differences now. However, adapting to the needs of others puts them more at ease, enabling you to find your way back to what you ultimately want. Oddly enough, sometimes the direct route isn’t the most effective one.
