This series is ridiculous.

The Oklahoma City Thunder just did the impossible, again.

Down by a series count of 3-2 against the Memphis Grizzlies in the first round, Kevin Durant–the eventual NBA MVP–led his squad on a vicious 2-game stretch, where they were able to eliminate the Grizzlies, and play the Clippers in the second round, to whom the Thunder were–up until a few minutes ago–in grave danger of falling behind 3-2 for a second consecutive round.

Durant, having quite possibly the worst game of his playoff career, relied on Russell Westbrook for a large majority of the second half, and the Durant’s Robin certainly delivered. Westbrook erupted for 38 points, and some very key buckets down the stretch to help the Thunder take a 3-2 series lead on the Clippers, making Thursday’s Game 6 a potential series-clinching game for the scrappy, resilient boys from Oklahoma City.
