The Pacers Are Just Warming Up
The Pacers are the most intriguing team in the NBA.
From their off the court issues to their inconsistent play, they sure didn’t mind keeping us all entertained this year. Putting all the debauchery aside, the Pacers are still in the Eastern Conference Finals with home court advantage, set for a match up against the team that has beaten them two years in a row. Just the way they planned it right?
Their series against the Atlanta Hawks and against the Washington Wizards showed that this team is still a force to be reckoned with despite the inconsistency. Those series reminded us that just like every other team in the playoffs, they have flaws and the goal is to survive and advance. Roy Hibbert and Paul George have had their eyes set on this showdown with the Heat and the Pacers are all warmed up and ready to go after the first two rounds of the playoffs.
It will be very interesting to see how the Pacers come out to play against King James and the Heat in Game 1 of the Eastern Conference Finals.
