It’s time. 50 Cent has spent the better half of the past half-decade trying to get back to top form, and re-insert his name on the perennial list of hip-hop juggernauts, while battling several–and we mean several–naysayers, who don’t believe Curtis will ever be a shade of what he once was.
Animal Ambition is expected to be, by all indications, that album, and finally, its here for all to listen to. For the record, 50 literally released every record off the album in some way, shape, or form, for free already, so its interesting that this album doesn’t have any tracks other than the dozen he’s already put into the rap hemisphere over the past 3 months, but that’s exactly what’s happened here. Either way, listen to them as he meant for you to hear them, in their proper sequencing, and ask the almost age-old question. Does 50 Cent still have it?
