A day after Summer Jam. That’s how close we were to seeing Chris Brown & Lil’ Wayne perform “Loyal” on stage together at yesterday’s Summer Jam concert. We missed it by a few hours. TMZ reports that around midnight last night, Chris Brown was sprung from jail a little early after serving the rest of his sentence–which was expected to be 131 days, but the judge credited his previous jail stint and his time spent in rehab–stemming from violating the probation his trial with Rihanna resulted in.
Now, the question is. Where will we see that first “Loyal” performance? Expect it to be huge. The Lil’ Wayne & Tyga-featured single bowed out at #9 on the Hot 100 despite the song and video being released with Brown behind bars.
