Most consistent NBA fans knew of the three point assassin Danny Green, but Green introduced himself to the rest of the world in Game 3 of the 2013 NBA Finals. Green was absolutely unconscious as he went 7-9 from three point range and finished the game with 27 points in the rout of the Heat.

Green was well on his way to Finals MVP consideration if the Spurs would have won this series. The young Spurs shooter also broke the great Ray Allen’s NBA Finals record for most three pointers in the Finals with 23. The Spurs also broke the NBA Finals record for most three pointers in a Finals game with 15 made three pointers.
