Interesting theory.
Keith Olbermann has reported and analyzed everything from the presidential caucus to NFL games, and his journalistic ability is widely respected and revered across all major media platforms.
So, when he says something. Even if it is just a hunch, more often than not, people will listen.
After last night’s interesting–to say the least-Game 1 of the 2014 NBA Finals series between the San Antonio Spurs and the Miami Heat, who are looking to three-peat, Olbermann had a rather interesting theory about the strange events of the game. In a nutshell, because of a malfunctioning A/C system, there was no air conditioning at the AT&T Center–the home of the San Antonio Spurs–and the heat levels inside the arena allegedly exceeded 90 degrees Fahrenheit.
This caused the high-powered body of Lebron James to break down, and his cramps got so bad, he had to be carried to the Heat bench after scoring a key basket late in the 4th quarter, and could not join his team on the court to help put an end to the fatal 31-9 run the Spurs went on to finish off the defending champs in Game 1.
Olbermann doesn’t seem to be buying the “the A/C broke” line the Spurs officials are spewing, and he has his own theory of what might’ve gone down last night.
Anybody who can’t believe the Spurs HVAC Havoc might have been deliberate, knows nothing of NBA history #Celtics #Lakers #Toasty

I covered three #NBAFinals at Boston Garden in ’80s and was shown where and how the smothering heat was manipulated thanks to HVAC

Also, there’s this, which we spotted on Twitter.
