The trailer for Denzel Washington’s latest thriller, The Equalizer, will be of special interest to Eminem fans. The clip features a preview of a new song from the Detroit rapper, featuring Sia on vocals. The track’s title has yet to be revealed, but a snippet of the song plays underneath intense scenes from the movie, which finds Washington playing a man who inadvertently takes on the Russian mafia while exacting revenge for a female friend, portrayed by actress Chloë Grace Moretz.
Sia sings the hook, while Eminem’s distinctive vocals can be heard towards the end of the trailer. Eminem and Sia have worked together in the past, collaborating on the song, “Beautiful Pain,” from the rapper’s most recent full-length, The Marshall Mathers LP 2. The Equalizer is set to hit big screens across the country on September 26th.
