BMG Chrysalis presents the brand new single “Tryna Wife” from singer/songwriter Jo’zzy.
The record featuring super producer Timbaland and hip hop legend Ma$e. Produced by Wizz Dumb, Jo’zzy laces this laidback track with her soft alto as she formally introduces herself to the world as a solo artist.
Born and raised in Memphis, TN, Jo’zzy has worked with several artists including Missy Elliott, Mark Ballas (DWTS), Teyana Taylor, and Agnez Mo. She is now stepping in to the forefront to, in this case, talk about the men who see a woman winning and try to wife them. But in true Jo’zzy fashion, she announces “he needs me more.”
The self proclaimed “singer disguised as a rapper,” is a dedicated child of the 90’s and aims to bring music back to a time where it all “felt good and was less about the trend and more about having fun and being yourself.” This record is only the beginning for her.
