It’s been reported that Apple will be releasing more than one iWatch in several different designs.
Still no exact date for the release of Apple’s newest innvoation, but further details have emerged in regards to the highly anticipated iWatch.
Although we do not know exactly what the Apple’s iWatch will look like, The Wall Street Journal is reporting that the smartwatch will be released in several different variations and designs.
This new device will contain over 10 sensors which can be used for health-related metrics including accelerometer, magnetometer, gyroscope, compass, heart-rate monitor, and altimeter.
Apple has already began trademarking the name in several countries in preparation for a rumored late 2014 launch.
The iWatch will likely correlate with the introduction of the “Health” app in iOS 8, which may display all of the health-related information gathered by the watch.
