Whitney Houston, Bobby Brown, biopicIt seems like this summer is the summer of the biopic. Lifetime is at it again, this time with “I Will Always Love You: The Whitney Houston Story.”  The biopic directed by Angela Bassett, in her directorial debut, is set to premire in 2015. According to Deadline the biopic will dive into Whitney’s life, especially her relationship with Bobby Brown. Bassett told Deadline,

“I have such regard for both Whitney’s and Bobby’s amazing talents and accomplishments, and I feel a responsibility in the telling of their story. Their humanity and bond fascinates us all.”

Arlen Escarpeta and  Yolonda Ross have  allegedly joined Yaya DaCosta who was casted to play the late and great Whitney Houston.  Escarpeta, who has made appearences in movies like Final Destination 5 and We Are Marshall has been chosen to play the infamous Bobby Brown, while Go For Sisters actress Yolonda Ross has been casted to play Robyn, Whitney’s lifelong friend and confidant.
