Even if you aren’t from the West Coast, you’ll feel like you grew up down the street from MED and Blu after listening to “Peroxide.” With production and hook responsibilities taken care of by Madlib and Dam-Funk (who else would you rather leave it up to?), the two California emcees take you riding shotgun through the streets as you meet personalities that you may find on your block. The bubbly beat translates the feeling that you gotta keep it moving in their neighborhood no matter what happens. The matching visuals are just as energetic and weird as the track, with enough bright colors to make a Goth minimalist appreciate it.
