If you didn’t get a chance to see them live, don’t sweat it. HBO is bringing the experience straight to your television sets
The dynamic duo is teaming up with television tycoon HBO network, to bring the already popular concert to television sets worldwide. The concert special will be filmed during the Sept. 12 and 13th dates in Paris Stade de France and will feature the Carters performing some of their greatest hits.
According to the president of HBO Michael Lombardo:
“This is a major musical event that belongs on HBO.” “It’s going to be a night to remember.”
This tour covers 19 stadiums in the U.S with just 2 shows in Paris. This television special will also build more buzz around Beyonce, who is currently appearing on HBO for her ten-episode special “Beyonce: X10” which airs Sunday nights before the series “True Blood”.
