Last night the Detroit rapper made history, yet again by being the first rapper to headline at Wembley Stadium in London on Friday.  Eminem’s performance, his first show in London since 2001, followed acts like Danny Brown and Odd Future. Em performed hit after hit, and he has plenty, at the first of his two shows at the 90,000-capacity venue.

Eminem on stage anywhere performing hits is next to godly but the highlight of the night came when Em brought out Dr. Dre on set. Together the two performed classics like “Still D.R.E.,” “Next Episode,” “Nuthin’ but a ‘G’ Thang,” and of course “Forgot About Dre.”

August 7 kicks off Em’s three-city “Monster Tour” where him and Rihanna will be touring at U.S. stadiums. The first stop is Rose Bowl in Pasadena, California.
