Meek Mill Is Sentenced For Parole Violation

27 year-old Robert Williams who is known as Meek Mill just recently got arrested for violating his parole.  According to NBC 10, the North Philly rapper was convicted in August 2008 on multiple gun and drug charges. He served eight months behind bars for those charges and was set to complete his 5-year probation in 2015.

Philadelphia Assistant District Attorney Noel Ann DeSantis voiced concerns over Meek’s behavior over the past few years:

His twitter accounts being derogatory to the probation department and this DA and others in the court system.

Meek also missed meetings with his parole officer.

However according to Karin Civil, she says Meek Mill will be released from jail in three to four weeks rather than serving the full three to six months sentence.
