Goldlink and Chet Faker come together for a unique collaboration.
Goldlink has been on a roll lately with getting his name out there and performing in NYC. Last week he performed at The Players Ball at Websterhall and has an upcoming performance with The Flume at Terminal 5.
Now, Goldlink pairs up with talented Australian artist Chet Faker at Werewolf Studios to create an amazing record entitled “On You” for the Yours Truly and Adidas original series, Songs From Scratch. Chet Faker’s distinct voice paired with Goldlink’s effortless flow is the perfect mesh of creative styles. The production features various synths and bass topped of with some piano keys.
When the video of Chet Faker and Goldlink working in the studio released yesterday I didn’t know what to expect. I knew that whatever they worked on would be good but “On You” exceeded my expectations. Check out the video here and listen to “On You” below.
