You can’t go back to correct some mistake you made in the past, or to recapture some missed opportunity. But don’t allow yourself to become obsessed with a regret because of that. Instead, immerse yourself in the moment, Leo. You need to truly live in what is happening now, and to experience it fully. If you do, you will eventually be able to find a way to make amends, or to recreate new opportunities. There are other benefits to living in the moment as well- you will fully enjoy and learn from whatever you experience.
