Brooklyn-bred MC Josh Baze is back. The highly prolific Cartel Records recording artist, who hit the Top 40 with “She’s Gold” off the debut record High Heels and Low Lifes, releases a lead single “Bring That Back,” on iTunes Tuesday July 29.

The song will be part of his forthcoming full-length record, Colour Blind, which is scheduled to be released on Sept. 16th.

“Bring That Back” paints a picture of what the last few years have been like for me,” Blaze said. “My alter ego had a moment, but it was also a reminder that you could lose it all if you lose yourself.”

Baze, pulls inspiration from the Hip Hop, Electronic and Rock genres to make unforgettable tracks. He has gained major respect and high accolades so far in his rising career. With smooth cadences and lyrical genius beats, comparative to Jay-Z and Kanye West.

Baze is considered a major MC on the rise in many Hip Hop circles.

His track “We Made It” off High Heels and Low Lifes, features an award-winning Hype Williams directed video which premiered on iTunes and made its broadcast debut on BET’s 106 & Park, E! News and MTV.

Baze’s single “She’s Gold” was named iHeart Radio’s “Music You Should Know” in July 2012 and broke into the Top 100 in the Urban and Top 40 radio genres. The single continued to steadily climb the national Top 40 and Sirius XM Hits 1 radio charts into 2013, sitting in the #83 #19, respectively.
