When a President’s birthday comes around, one usually doesn’t assume that he is somewhere hanging off a chandelier & knocking a few back with the First Lady (as far as we know, at least). We’re not saying this is true for President Barack Obama– who turned 53 today- but our Commander-in-chief has proven to us time & time again that he’s no wallflower.
