Fresh off releasing his 20th anniversary edition album Illmatic XX and with Nas’ North American tour kicking off on October 2nd, there will be a special film documentary to add to the excitement. As the tour kicks off in Rochester, NY a special screening of his documentary film Nas: Time is Illmatic will be shown followed by his performance as part of Illmatic’s 20th anniversary celebration. Although the documentary will be released on October 1st via Tribeca Film in New York, it will be available nation wide on demand and iTunes starting October 3rd. As Nas plans to tour around North America performing his full length Illmatic for his fans, fully expect the the concerts to be legendary.
