Undoubtedly, you’ve seen some of the social media/actual media fracas concerning New Jersey native Joe Budden and the NYPD “manhunt” he’s been involved in over the weekend.  He was wanted on assault and robbery charges after allegedly attacking his ex-girlfriend and stealing her phone on August 18th while in New York City in the wee hours of the morning.

After a comedic showing on Twitter, in which he also politely asked the NYPD to “suck my d***”, Budden turned himself in to authorities on Wednesday, which is when he was arraigned on charges of robbery, assault and grand larceny.  He was promptly released after his mother posted his $10,000 bail early this morning.

No word on when the trial will start, but it’ll take some serious effort from the “Pump It Up star”‘s lawyer to get him clean off of this one.
