A few weeks ago, some interesting questionable photos of always topical Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones leaked to the internet, depicting him engaging in some pretty raunchy activities with a couple of females certainly 40 years his junior or more. At the time of the leak, Jones said he was “misrepresented” by the pics, claiming they were five years old, and taken for the sole purpose of the owner of the photos, which he alleges was not him. He then refused to comment further.

Well, he’ll have to open up now.

Today, the woman who took those pictures filed a lawsuit claiming Jerry Jones sexually assaulted her on the same evening these pictures were taken. In the suit, which you can view in its entirety here, Jana Weckerly–the woman who took the photos–claims:

Defendant Jerry Jones intentionally and knowingly forced Plaintiff to touch and/or rub on his penis multiple times. Defendant Jerry Jones forced Plaintiff to perform these acts without the consent of Plaintiff.

Defendant Jerry Jones intentionally, knowingly, forcibly penetrated Plaintiff’s vagina with his fingers without the consent of Plaintiff.

The allegations don’t end there. According to the suit, following the assault, Jerry Jones and the Dallas Cowboys organization threatened Weckerly with serious consequences if she talked:

Defendants Jerry Jones and Cowboys intimidated Plaintiff and told her to keep quiet and not tell anyone else “or else”.

Defendants Jerry Jones and Cowboys bullied Plaintiff into believing that she would somehow be in trouble if she told anyone about the sexual assault.

Defendants Jerry Jones and Cowboys intimidated her into signing documents against her will, without giving her a copies, or access to legal counsel.

Well, Jerry. You can’t “no comment” that. We’ll provide more details as they become available.

Khari is thinking this is a really, really bad week for the Cowboys, and if you’re a Jets fan like him you should just follow him on Twitter.
