Naeem Khan never fails to stun the audience with his extravagant show stopper gowns.
He features sheer gowns with strategically placed lace and embellishments to show just the right amount of skin to keep it young and fresh. Of course, done in spring and summer colors such as light blue, yellow and bright red. He also created some floral dresses that are similar but at the same time, distinctly different. One dress features embroidered roses with petals and leaves cascading down the dress as if being blown away. Others, featured this timeless , classic Victorian printed floral and a watercolor floral concentrated in the center of the body while the rest of the dress is a blank canvas. Khan surprised the audience by bringing an unexpected jewel toned color to the runway for spring and summer. Emerald is typically not a color of choice during those seasons, however, the silhouettes and the ease of the pieces give the pieces more of a spring feel that is inspired by the fresh botany. Of course, the collection would not be complete without some heavily embellished dresses that gleam and glimmer down the runway. The placement as well as the light airy fabric allows the dresses to be carried effortlessly, a quality that is a must for the spring and summer seasons.
