Your Favorite Place To DJ ||Â To date my favorite place I have DJ’d was the first time I’ve ever touched a pair of turntables in my then boyfriends apartment for our friends. I’m big on defining moments in my life and that was definitely a moment I’d love to recapture.
Defining DJ Moment||Â Â I basically fell in love with the tables and realized I had kind of had a gift and my friends pushed me so hard after that to pursue DJ’ing because they felt as much as I did. It was a dope moment.
Party Starter ||Â If it’s in a club type atmosphere I’ve definitely seen the venue get live from Meek Mill “Dreams and Nightmares” (wouldn’t exactly call it a classic but the people feel it) or “Back That Azz Up” Juvenile (which is definitely a classic). In a more chill environment, even if you don’t really know the song “Me, Myself and I” by De La Soul will get the heads bobbing and people moving.”Gin and Juice” by Snoop too. For my homies & I kickbacks, “When I Come Around” by Dom Kennedy is the song to hype us up, setting the mood for the rest of the night.
