The famed author lets loose with a pretty cryptic tweet
J.K. Rowling might have the biggest celebrity status of any author alive, and she plays with this statistic deftly on social media. Earlier yesterday morning, she posted the following tweet to her Twitter account, which was revealed to be an anagram meaning “Harry Returns! Won’t say any details now! A week off! No comment.”
Naturally, once the riddle was deciphered by the internet, just about everyone went crazy. The last Harry Potter book was Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Pt. 2, released in the summer of 2007 and the corresponding movie–the last official Harry Potter movie to be released–hit theaters in the summer of 2011.

Just before every publishing company in the world scrambled to place a call to Rowling’s people to get first dibs on distributing Harry Potter’s return to book shelves, Rowling did the only humane thing, and admitted that she was referring to something from her new film project, Newt Scamander’s History of New York Fauna.
