Nicki Minaj was all set to release her long awaited, highly-anticipated third album, The Pinkprint, on November 24th, but something happened. It isn’t a lack of material, chart performance, or anticipation, because she leads the league in pretty much all three of those categories. So, why did her label push the album back? We don’t know, but according to a report from Billboard, Nicki’s new album release date is December 15th, as per a press release.
It makes sense, considering Nicki’s blessing the Hip-Hop world with a monster collaboration tomorrow. Her new single, “Only,” will feature Drake, Lil’ Wayne and Chris Brown, and will be out tomorrow morning. In the meantime, a tracklist and an artwork would be nice.
