We’re sure that’s the question most of the people in a Bryan College gym were asking each other as they watched Gustavo Tamayo sink a lay-up, a free throw shot, a 3-pointer and a half-court shot in succession in under 30 seconds to win $10,000 worth of tuition dollars. Tamayo, who seldom plays basketball–he’s more of a futbol guy–now has $10,000 at his disposal, considering he’s a senior with his tuition already paid. “Everyone wants a piece of the pie, so I guess I’m just going to hand out $1 bills,” said the incredibly lucky college student, who probably has a newfound love for basketball after watching what happened above.
