Dez joins The Roc
Roc Nation Sports has a slew of high-profile NFL players on its roster, including conflicted Jets quarterback Geno Smith, and quite possibly the most hated defensive player in the league, sack machine Ndamukong Suh. Add the out-spoken, mega talented Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Dez Bryant to that list, who was announced as Hov’s sports agency’s newest addition this morning via Roc Nation Sports’ Instagram.
Dez is part of an impressive 2014-2015 Cowboys campaign that has them sitting atop the NFC East with a record of 6-2, which is good for second best in the NFL. Over the last two seasons, he’s been nothing less than stellar, with at least 90 catches and 1,200 receiving yards each of the past 2 years. He’s scored a combined 25 touchdowns over that span, and is on pace to meet those impressive marks once again this season, with 48 catches and 620 receiving yards at the midway point of the season. Not to mention, the heart Bryant plays with doesn’t show up on any stat line, but you can’t miss it. See below.
