Surveillance video of a tragic occurrence in Cleveland
This past Saturday, a 12-year old boy passed away at a Cleveland hospital after being rushed in for surgery following being shot twice in the torso by police. After a 911 caller explained to an emergency operative that there was a boy walking around with a gun that’s “probably fake” but he was “scaring everybody,” police were dispatched to a Cleveland playground where they fired twice at the boy, immediately after pulling up at the scene: Cudell Recreation Center.
In the above video, at the :19 second mark, police pull up to the scene, and by :21 they’ve already shot the boy, and he is down on the ground on the passenger side of the police car. According to officers, they asked the boy to put his hands up, and he didn’t follow their orders.
