The Grammy-winning performers Salt-N-Pepa known as Cheryl James and Sandra Denton just gave us another reason to love them even more.
In a brand new commercial for Geico insurance, the Hip-Hop duo join DJ Deidra “Spinderella” Roper to help unwary consumers with their everyday activities (such as pushing a lawnmower, business doors and elevator buttons).
“If you’re Salt-N-Pepa, you tell people to push it. It’s what you do,” the announcer shared. “If you want to save 15 percent or more on car insurance, you switch to Geico. It’s what you do.”
The commercial is not only hilarious but it is very catchy. Watch the video above and see for yourself—before you know it, you’ll be saying “push it” too.
The legendary duo started their career in 1986 with their debut album Hot, Cool & Vicious and now they’re pushing their career to a whole new level.
