Paddle8 will sell the only copy of the new Wu Tang Clan album, probably for millions
Online auction house Paddle8 will handle the sale of the sole copy of the secret double album Once Upon A Time In Shaolin. The album is currently locked in a silver case in Marrakech, in a vault below the Atlas Mountains. In a recent interview with Forbes, Wu Tang pioneer RZA made the announcement that an official press conference will be held January 28th.
We will announce Paddle8 as ‘the official auction house’.
Paddle8 will be in charge of vetting potential buyers, and is going to be soliciting offers before proceeding with a private sale. The price is available upon request, and unless you’re prepared to spend a few millions, there’s no chance on being the potential buyer for the priceless work of art.

According to RZA and album producer Tarik “Cilvaringz” Azzougarh, the plan is to take Once Upon A Time In Shaolin through museums and galleries, charging fans regular exhibition prices, with tight door searches for recording devices, and a policy of headphones–only listening. Cilvaringz emphasized the importance of tight security…
One leak of this nullifies the entire concept.
