From the looks of things, we are officially in the future. Reminiscent of World Fairs from yesteryear, video has surfaced, showing a battle between past and present: the 2015 Tesla Model S P85D vs. the 2015 Dodge Challenger Hellcat.
To the unaware, Tesla (Tesla Motors, Inc.), founded in 2003, is an American company that designs, manufactures, and sells electric cars and electric vehicle powertrain components. Dodge, another American auto company, founded in 1900, should be a household name and synonymous with American Muscle cars — making this race a must-see.
As per USA Today, “When the P85D and the Hellcat met on a track, one of them set a 1/4 mile world record while the other smoked and turned sideways.”
Maybe if Vin Diesel was behind the wheel, thing’s would’ve been different.
