Partnering up with celebrity trainer Jeanette Jenkins, the two have launched a workout plan that will help you fit in your skinny jeans again. It’s called “6 Week Get Your Body Back Challenge!” Jenkin’s says the challenge includes 6 weeks of workouts, motivation, nutrition and healthy living tips.

As we all know, exercising may be the hardest part but the Destiny’s Child member rotated five fitness DVD’s including “Sexy abs Cardio Sculpt” and “Cardio Kickboxing” to retain her figure. With these workout videos and the 7-day health meal plan, you will be well on your way to a Kelly Rowland body.
