Never going to the bathroom again. Ever. For anything. Ever again.
A sixty-two year old woman was in for the surprise of her life when she discovered a python on her bathroom floor.
Debbie LaMotte told The Sharon Herald that at first, she thought the reptile was a scarf, “because it had such a beautiful pattern.” But, when she prodded it with her cane, the snake’s head moved, giving her quite the scare.
The incident happened around 4 a.m. Tuesday, at her apartment in Sharon, which is about 60 miles northwest of Pittsburgh.
Police responded, and were able to use her long-handled “old lady grabber”–the device that lets people pick things up without bending over–to lift the snake into a bag.
LaMotte believes the snake may have been someone’s pet that slithered away and squeezed under her door.
Yeah, miss me with all that. This is pretty much my worst nightmare ever, come to life. How she didn’t have a heart attack right then and there, I do not know, but she’s braver than me.
