Who are you most excited to see?

KG: Madonna, Prince, Pharrell. There are some really incredible performers that are going to be doing their thing and I really hope that they take it up a notch.  We’re all familiar with them. We know what they do.   It’s the people that do something different and push the envelope that push expectations and take it a step further that really capture me.

What are some of your favorite game changing performances at the Grammys?

KG: I always go back to Elton John, whenever he collaborates with an artist at the Grammys, it is game changing for them! I am a huge Elton John fan, so I would have to say him. I know that I am leaving people out but I like to be pleasantly surprised … It might be that new artist or new on the scene person who’s gonna decide to have this moment and take it to another level.

What can you tell us about your music?

I’m releasing a single on March 10 called “1991” and we started rehearsals, and we were shooting the Degree dance breaks at the same time, so I actually had my dancers come and we did this really fun segment … most of them I’m doing by myself. But we also did a really cool blooper one. So I am encouraging everyone to have their own little dance breaks.
