Ye debuts his new Adidas shoe at Grammy weekend

Yesterday, Kanye West‘s close friend and collaborator, Ibn Jasper, sent the internet into a frenzy when he shared a picture of the highly-anticipated Yeezi 3 shoe that Ye will officially reveal at his fashion show next week in New York. The shoes are a clear departure from West’s first two Nike shoe collaborations, and bear a striking resemblance to some of the fashion labels that have influenced in recent years, including Margiela and Visvim.

Today, at a pre-Grammys brunch in Los Angeles that Kanye attended with his wife, Kim Kardashian, Kanye was photographed sporting the Yeezi 3 shoes in the first time they’ve been seen on the feet of their creator.
