Last weekend, NBC aired its much hyped Saturday Night Live 40th Anniversary special. The show was packed with previous cast members and special guests. The general consensus on whether the show was actual funny is still up in the air, but one of the the funnier moments actually occurred during the after party. Former New York Yankees pitcher David Cone was in attendance and shared a hilarious interaction between Jay Z and his former Yankee teammate David Wells.
Funniest story of the afterparty was when Jay Z thought @BoomerWells33 was Curt Shilling and asked him about bloody sock

Apparently, Hov mistook Wells for former Boston Red Sox pitcher Curt Schilling, making light of his now infamous bloody sock during the 2004 ALCS when the Sox trumped the Yanks. Seems as though Wells wasn’t too bummed about the confusion.
Even tho he thought I was schilling he's still one cool dude. And schilling must be one good looking dude. (NOT)!!!!!!!!
