One of the most glaring criticisms of Apple’s ubiquitous line of phones, computers and tablets, was the fact that it’s ridiculously popular emoji–Apple’s way of saying emoticon–was 99% void of any non-Caucasian race. According to The Next Web, Apple has delivered a beta version of its new emojis to developers, which will be made available to the public via Apple iOS 8.3. Beta versions of 8.3 will be made available to the public beginning next month, and we’re expected to get the official release of iOS 9 by year’s end.
