The socially charged Janelle Monae is set to perform tomorrow at the #DontStealPossible Rally in New York City.  The rally set to take place 11:30 am at the Capital Building (State st. and Washington Avenue) and serves as a call to arms against New Yorks failing education system. Miss Monae will join thousands of educators, parents and children in their mission to end this educational catastrophe, which holds hundreds of thousands of children hostage each day at the disservice of their future.  This rally aims to make the systemic and structural changes needed to correct the course and will be attended by 80 schools across the state, state leaders, parents and children alike.  Below you will find a short advocacy video featuring student and educators around the state as well as Black Thought from The Roots and Mike D from the Beastie Boys.
