7. 50 Cent – Curtis

Curtis, which was 50 Cent‘s third studio album, may be the only album to sell over 690,000 units and still be regarded as a loss. Remember, this was the album where 50 Cent got into a first-week sales battle with Kanye West. Unfortunately, the G-Unit head honcho lost reneged on his ultimatum: retiring if his album sold less than Kanye West‘s Graduation album. Curtis did add to 50’s list of club friendly songs (“I Get Money,” “Ayo Technology,”) as well as street bangers (“Movin On Up,” “Fully Loaded Clip,” My Gun Go Off.”)
