Missy Elliott is back like she never left…oh and Usher is here, too!
Missy Elliott‘s come return to slayage since the Super Bowl XLIX is not looking it’ll slow down anytime soon, and we’re loving it, because Missy, we missed you! The rapper will make her Essence Festival debut when the event returns to New Orleans July 2-5. Grammy-award winner Usher, who headlined last year’s festival, was also just added to the line up.
Both artists join a previously announced Essence Festival roster that includes Kendrick Lamar, Mary J. Blige, Common, Kevin Hart and Erykah Badu. This year’s festival will be hosted by Nephew Tommy and Luenell.
