During a interview with Hot 107.9 in Atlanta, according to PeeWee Longway, who is a member of Gucci’s 1017 Records, revealed that Gucci Mane will be released pretty soon.
“We gonna break your stage in a couple months,” Longway told the radio jocks.” I broke the news, man. Guwop, a couple months.”
Last year, Gucci pleaded guilty to possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and in his plea deal. Prosecutors pushed for Gucci to stay in jail until late 2016. But clearly his members are working on it being sooner than that. Last month 107 Records sent out a tweet of Gucci’s mailing information and included his tentative release date: March 6, 2017.
He has been in there what feel like forever. He hasn’t served his time yet!! Well let’s hope that when he gets out hes bigger than ever! #FreeGucci
