Reginae Carter, daughter of rapper Lil Wayne, didn’t hesitate in offering her thoughts on Young Thug naming his upcoming album. Her comment’s alone were entertaining because she questioned the fact that maybe this was his attempt at being funny, and later said that his choice of album title was “pretty childish.”

She tweeted: “Is he trying to be funny with this Carter6 ? Cause it’s pretty childish to me ! #myopinion,” earlier this week. She then tweeted that Thug is trying to get on her “fathers level.”

After sending out her tweets, Reginae chose to say that she wasn’t trying to be disrespectful with her comments and that she was only trying to stick up for her father. And then after sending out her tweet retracted her statement.

Last year, after expressing his appreciation for Lil Wayne in numerous of interviews, Young Thug revealed that his new album would be titled Carter 6.

“Nah, I just feel like I’m that big,” Young Thug said last March after announcing the name of his new project. “Cause he feel like after Tha Carter V he ain’t gonna make no more music. Cause he feel like can’t nobody make music like that.”

I just find it hilarious, she’s grown into this “im not with the shit” kinda girl when it comes to her dad and family in general. But I don’t think anyone would blame her. That’s her dad, I would do the same thing but I wouldn’t tweet it, I would say it to his face. But that’s just me though. The news of Young Thug coming out with “Carter 6” is hilarious alone. He can’t be serious about that…at least I hope not #yougogirl
