Check out Apollo The Great’s latest single “Frames” produced by the heavyweights Buda Da Future & Grandz. I love getting put on to lyricists who actually make sense. This is an influential record, which addresses numerous issues we’ve been dealing with for years in society. Lend us your ear for a minute and listen to what he’s talking about. The game lacks original cats like Apollo. Surely, street and gangsta ish is appealing to your average hip-hop fan, but sometimes it’s important we use our talents to reach people on another level.
“Frames” is concise, and evident. There’s so much suggestible sh*t, truth, and encouragement in this record, that I can’t help but genuinely applaud Apollo. To top it all off, he’s a great emcee, his delivery is clear and his message is straight forward. “Why not start small and grow like everything else/invest in yourself and then let it bring wealth.” I’ve probably said that a million times in life conversations with several friends and associates.
