Thanks mimosas, but this year bellinis will be taking over at brunch and wedding tables.
I think it is safe to say women in our generation today love going out to brunch and weddings. Everyone knows the signature drink at most such occasions is a mimosa: one part champagne, one part orange juice. Sure it’s good, but it ain’t a Bellini. This cocktail consists of sparkling wine or champagne, and peach juice. It’s sweet, fun, and more refreshing than a mimosa. It can be ordered in several other flavors as well, but at any rate, it’s definitely the perfect drink for spring.
I tried my first over at Nice Matin NYC, a French-Mediterranean bistro on the Upper West side, and it was fabulous!
