A California mother was shot to death in front of her son after laughing at a group of men
According to NY Daily News, Denise Chiffon Berry, 44 was driving with her 12 year old son when he noticed a foot sticking out of a Cadillac. Berry pointed and said,
Look at that, isn’t that funny?”
The three suspects then began following Berry. After the mother noticed she was being followed, she drove up to a police officer and told him she was being followed. The officer told Berry to park her car in front of him. Not long after parking her car, one man jumped out and began shooting with two hand guns. The shooter, identified as 38 year old Robert Washington was shot and killed by the police officer. Berry was killed on site. Her son whose name has not been released was also shot, and was able to tell investigators what happened before going into surgery.
Two other men who were in the Cadillac are identified as half brothers Brandon Armolav White and Stanley Ross White was arrested on suspicion of conspiracy and are being held on $1 million bail. When will these senseless acts of violence end?
