Loser: New Orleans Saints
The Saints released Curtis Lofton which left a hole in the middle of their defense. They traded for Dannell Ellerbe, who hasn’t looked the same since leaving the Ravens for the Dolphins. He under-performed in South Beach and has agreed to restructure his contract since joining the Saints. They lost rising receiver Kenny Stills in the trade for Ellerbe, but did pick up C.J. Spiller. The Saints also gave up a once in a lifetime tight end in Jimmy Graham, for an above average center in Max Unger and a 1st round pick. One thing is for sure, the Saints offense will look much different in 2015.
