Winner: Cincinnati Bengals
The Bengals made one move that arguably makes them a winner this off-season. Last off-season, they let defensive end Michael Johnson sign with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and in turn they received a third-round compensatory pick in this years NFL Draft. Fast forward to this year and the Bucs released Johnson and the Bengals swooped in and signed him. Now they have the player and the pick. It’s a win-win for the Bengals.
