Winner: Buffalo Bills
The Bills have spent their money wisely this off-season. They nabbed 2013 NFL rushing leader Lesean McCoy and Percy Harvin to help bolster their offense. They also picked up experienced signal caller Matt Cassel to compete for the starting quarterback position all while locking up pending free agent Jerry Hughes, who is coming off consecutive 10-sack seasons. Not a bad way to start for new head coach Rex Ryan.
