Common is straying away from the music, and taking his talents to the silver screen.
After winning an Oscar for “Glory,” Common is starring in an upcoming thriller titled Every Secret Thing. The movie also stars Dakota Fanning, Diane Lane, and Elizabeth Banks.

The Amy J. Berg-directed film is about a toddler who is abducted shortly after two teenagers are released from prison, after doing a bid for kidnapping a child. Coincidence? From the looks of the trailer, Common plays the father of the missing child.
